Dark Realization

Made from sources disconnected
Imprecise processes manufactured
Rebounded in wisdom deflected
Destined to souls already fractured.

Until we know what was contested,
What was proved, known, dissected,
We live, unbound, though unrested,
And we long for a knowledge infected.

We don't know where we headed,
We don't know what we wanted,
We might never know what was shreded.

We only know we've been taunted,
We've been repeatedly dreaded,
To the point everything is now tainted.

I wish I were the wind

I wish I were the wind,
to be totally free.
To sustain the feathered wings,
to blow the leaves from te trees.

I'd hit strong when provoked,
sharp and precise when intended.
I'd deliver changes when needed,
and carry destruction when stressed.

Other times I'd be no more than a breeze,
soft, smooth, almost sweat,
touching lips and cheeks.

And seamlessly I'd bring the heat,
the cold, the change, the sweap,
as I'd move heaven to beat.

What is Life?

What is Life?
Is it a sequence of days,
a light like a flash of rays,
or a struggle, a strife?

Is it a verse of a poem?
A sum of words said,
the sound of words unsaid,
or the time, a passing whim?

Is life the wind's breeze?
The cold chill of winter's kiss,
the fear of a snake's hiss,
or the sound of a child's sneeze?

We live life, we keep it rolling,
Surely not knowing
where we are heading.

Simple Gratitud

I wish that, for one moment at least
I could be a part of your sight.
That I could enter your soul through your eyes,
That I could read... no, share your thoughts,
Be one with your spirit.

Achieve an epiphany, a single, eternal moment of truth.
Converge our singularitieas and become one.

This single being would be more than the some of both of us.
It'd b ressemble all of our best and worst moments.
It would be angelical and demonic, rise and fall.

In this moments I realize we are alread bound.
We already share everything and more, we share a life.
And the wish turns into a feeling of Gratitud.

Eternal and simple gratitud.

Love Poem I

I

I love the taste of your lips,
like strawberries in September.
I love the touch of your fingertips,
smooth as the breeze in November.

I love the way you look at me,
just like I could be anything.
I'm charmed by your smile
as if we could do everything.

I love the attention you pay
to all things and their details
And I really love the way you say
that our love will prevail.

I love the red of your cheek,
your breath, your whisper,
your sound when you speak,
your walk in your slippers.

Loneliness

Sometimes I feel empty.
I journey into dismay,
discontent and self-pity
entering a void no one may.

I grieve of losses I never had,
I lament for loves that never came
Torment my soul, sad,
With a struggling shame.

All this darkness, this pain,
this undying abyss,
this never ending rain
makes me want to stop all of this.

Sometimes the fight is so intense
that I decay, exhausted,
in darkness so dense
that no one should have followed.

And then I fall asleep
I enter the realm of nothingness
where reality is flipped
and there’s only vagueness

There aren’t whys or hows
in this profound emptiness,
in the void of dreamless drowse
only sweet dull loneliness.
